PROOFS

Up to two e-mail or fax proofs are provided free of charge for all invitation and announcement orders printed in-house. Once your proof has been sent, you have 5 business days to respond if the proof is okay to print (proof approval or verification) or that changes are needed. If you do not respond within the 5 business days, the order will be cancelled. Orders not printed in-house may require a fee for a proof, if available. Carlson Craft and Sweet Pea Designs orders placed on-line will show a pre-view of the invitation or announcement and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and confirmed.

If more than two proofs are needed, a proof fee may be charged. Once a proof has been approved or verified by the customer, there will be a minimum $15.00 charge (per proof) if the order is cancelled. If the customer waives seeing a proof, then any re-prints necessary may not be at a discounted price.

PRINTING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Many of the styles shown on the web-site are printed in-house and are in stock, but in various quantities. Other styles must be ordered from the manufacturer before printing in-house and/or are printed by the manufacturer. If your selection is in stock and printed in-house, your order will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days from proof approval (see above). If you need your order printed faster than 2-4 business days, please e-mail or call to ask if your order can be processed as a rush order (additional fee may be charged for rush orders). Please remember to add shipping time to determine the approximate time it will take for an order to be received at your specified location.

To be sure your selection is in-stock in the quantity you need, you can pre-order your selection - this is especially convenient for expectant moms or when you are planning a special event! Then when you are ready to complete your order with all the invitation or announcement information, with pre-ordering, the stationery is in and ready for personalization. You can also have your envelopes sent ahead with pre-ordering. For specific details, see the pre-order information page.

Shipping days vary depending on the carrier and the location shipped to. Orders printed in-house are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days (excluding Sundays). Other ground or special overnight services are also available upon request. If you need to know when the item could be shipped, please e-mail us at holly@announceit.net or call 407-657-1802. Shipping costs are not included in the stationery prices and are added onto the order total. We do our best to find the least expensive method to ship your order to you promptly.

The Carlson Craft line allows for on-line ordering of select products at www.announceit.cceasy.com. Most Carlson Craft products will ship within 48 hours via the method you select during the order process. There are a few exceptions where print time may take up to 5 business days. Other manufacturers have various print processing times. Please e-mail or call if you need an estimated print time for any item.

PAYMENT AND PRICES, ETC.

accepts the following credit cards for payment of orders: American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card. You can also mail a check or money order to pay for your order, but that may delay the processing and shipping of your order, as we have to be paid for the order before it is printed and shipped!

All prices include imprinting, except where noted. There may not be a discount for blank stock (no imprinting) depending on your selection. Price does not include assembly, unless noted. Prices subject to change without notice. Availability may be based upon the manufactuers inventory and any design can be discontinued at any time without notice. Shipping and handling costs are not included in the stationery prices and are added onto the order total. If you are within the State of Florida, we must charge sales tax, however if we ship to another state no sales tax is added to the order. Please e-mai or call for international shipping options.
